Founded by Mr. Boyan Josic and Mr. Marty Tibbitts, Privatas was set up to help companies realize their full growth potential by aligning our goals with the interest of our portfolio companies and their stakeholders.

Privatas principally invests in high growth businesses worldwide. Privatas looks for companies with solid business concepts, a proven model, and strong leadership. Investments are broken down in two categories:

Early Stage/Start-up - Through Incubation Group LLC, we look to invest up to $500K per early stage opportunity. These are mostly focused on high tech and online based ventures.

1st & 2nd Round Funding / Bridge Financing - Through Privatas Equity, we look for companies seeking funding between $1M-15M. Companies must have a proven product and/or service and established clients and revenue. All opportunities are judged by ROI potential and risk factors. All industries and sectors are welcome.
